Set Up

Step 1: Set the Mood & Shower Beforehand to Full Immserse in the Soak

Pick a playlist to listen to as you begin setting up your bathhouse experience.
This playlist is meant to help slow down your thoughts. Please note that there is a different playlist option for your actual bath experience.

Step 2: Set Your Environment

Turn your bathroom into a sanctuary

  • Bathe by candlelight, add flowers into your bath for an extra special touch
  • Note: The tea bath may stain any bath cushions in your tub
Step 3: Prepare Steeping Bag

Larger sized blends can be divided up into 4 bath sessions or used all once for a super indulgent experience.

Pour the remainder into a glass jar to keep fresh for later use.

Step 4: Steep Heritage Bath Blend (optional step)

Prepare inside the bathroom (keep the door closed to avoid the steam escaping)

  • Steep for 2-5 minutes to open up the plan ingredients. Bring the large pot to the bathroom and place it on a stable, heat-resistant, and flat surface
  • Use wooden spoon to press down lightly occasionally

Brew Cocoa Husk Tea

This tea can be steeped over and over in a pot.

  • We provided enough tea for an entire pot
  • Loose leaf tea eventually sinks to the bottom of the tea pot or alternatively you can put some it in your mug
  • Make sure you have plenty of water to stay hydrated!
Light Your Candles

Beeswax candles are made in small batches in Canada. Burn time is maximum 4 hours.

A part of the kit experience that is designed for the post-bath experience (not in-bath)‍

  • The goal of the incense to soothe your spirit after the bath and help bridge the transition from the bath experience to your night ritual
  • During the burning of incense, feel free to slowly get back into your routine
  • If you do not have an incense holder, you can put it in your plant
  • Do NOT put this inside your bathroom with the door closed - you will be breathing in a lot of smoke
